To ensure that we offer you the fastest and most stable service possible, we will now store your customers' old order details separately.

■ Release date: September 01, 2021

■ Overview:

Order details will gradually be moved to a separate storage space 36 months after the relevant orders are successfully delivered.

A shortened version of these order details can be found in the [Archived orders] menu.

• The orders you can find in this menu as of August 25, 2021, are orders that have been processed 36 months earlier (before August 2018). The following orders will gradually be moved to this menu chronologically.
  If you wish to back up the full order details, rather than the summarized version you can find in [Archived orders], you can regularly download a CSV file for orders that are reaching 36 months in [My Store>CSV files>Export as CSV] and save it in a personal storage space.
• Note that we are updating the permissions for the [Delete] button, to only allow the head admin to delete order details, just like the [Delete order summaries] menu.

If you edit your theme according to the guides below, your customers will be able to check their separately stored order details from the past 5 years on your store.

To enable this feature, you must add the relevant source code to your store's theme (both PC and mobile version).
