You can now manage archived orders (order details older than 36 months) my month. .

■ Overview
As shown below, we are releasing features to help you manage archived orders in bulk.
Through this new management window, you can download order details or delete order summaries in bulk by month.

1. CSV file feature for archived orders
As described in the [previous update], we recommend that you back up your old order details by exporting the data via CSV before the orders archived.
You now also have the option to export the archived orders' data as a CSV. However, bear in mind that the order data is not as detailed once the order summary is archived.

2. Order summary deletion feature for archived orders
As shown below, you can now conveniently delete archived order summaries by month.
- Archived orders are gradually deleted one by one. It can take us up to 48 hours to complete your deletion request.
Please bear in mind that deleted orders cannot be restored. - You can cancel your deletion request for order summaries that are still pending.
