As Cafe24 grows around the world, we are continuing to improve our services.
In doing so, we are also updating our Terms of Use to reflect these changes.

These updates will be effective as of June 30, 2021.

Cafe24 Terms of Use Update

■ Update Timeline

- Notice period: June 23, 2021 to June 30, 2021

- Effective date: June 30, 2021

■ Updated Details

- All Terms of Use from many different regions are now combined to one global version of the Terms of Use.

- The age restriction for an account for our Service has been redefined. Instead of the specific age, now you have to be legally an adult, or have a legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Services

- Accordingly, a clause, which warrants that you are an adult or have a legal capacity to enter into a contract is added.

- Default methods to send a notice to a user is changed to Posting a change on our website.
  However, please be noted that we still had an option to post a change on our website instead of sending you a notice via e-mail. We had exercised this option and have posted the changes on our website on June 23, 2021.

- Liabilities regarding using an outside material for your store, such as graphic images to decorate your website, has been redefined.

- Clauses regarding limitation of liabilities are added.

- Several clauses are edited to correct grammars and tenses.

If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your agreement with us by requesting to delete your account.
We will consider that you have accepted the new Terms if you do not disagree with them during the notice period.
