■ What is Subscription Payments?

This is a service that allows customers to automatically place an order/pay on a recurring date of their choice.

Raise your sales rate and secure fixed revenue while attracting regular customers with Subscription Payments.

■ Features

1) A business model that generates steady revenue

- Sell products and services on recurring cycles and watch your revenue grow and become more consistent.

2) Automatic orders and payments

- Orders are automatically created for every billing cycle and customers are automatically charged on the credit card information they provided upon subscription.

3) Larger and regular customer base

- You will be able to attract more customers, and more regular customers, thanks to this easier order/payment system.

4. How to subscribe

■ Payment services that support this service

This service is currently only supported by Softbank, meaning you can only use it on stores that use JPY as its payment currency.

- We are currently working on making this service available with other payment services. We will notify you once others are available.

■ Subscription method

1) Click Sign up to SBPS and install the SBPS app.

2) Create an account through the SBPS app and connect your SBPS account with your Cafe24 account by entering the key value. (For more information, check the app details.)

5. How to use

■ Using Subscription Payments

▷ Adding subscription products

- Location: My Store>Payments>Subscription Payments>Subscription products

1) Select a product for which you want to create a subscription.

2) Select a subscription frequency and subscription start date and set up any discounts.

▷ Checking customer subscriptions

- Location: My Store>Payments>Subscription Payments>My subscriptions

1) Take a look at the subscriptions your customers have purchased.

2) You can end a subscription yourself if a customer requests to terminate it.
