We will be ending our support for the "Favorites and shortcuts" feature.

Consequently, we will also be ending our support for the Favorites and shortcuts feature in the Themes (PC) menu.
Please read the following instructions and proceed as is required.
■ Terminated menu: Themes (PC)>Features>Favorites and shortcuts
■ Termination date: gradually terminated starting June 15, 2022
■ Reason: We can no longer support this feature as Internet Explorer is ending its services on June 25, 2022. (This feature was not available on other browsers.)
■ Result of termination: You will no longer be able to access the Favorites and shortcuts menu under the Themes (PC) menu.
※ If you have currently enabled this feature, please disable it before the service termination.
Q1. Which of the "Favorites and shortcuts" feature is terminated?
The "favorites" feature will no longer be available.
Q2. I am currently using this feature. Does this mean I won't able to use it anymore?
Yes. This feature will no longer be available because Internet Explorer was the only browser that supported it. Please disable this feature before the service termination.
Q3. Will the Smart Web App still be available in the Themes (Mobile) menu?
Yes, you can continue using the shortcut features of Smart Web App in Theme (Mobile) as usual.
