■ Why are we ending this service?

Microsoft has announced that it will no longer support Internet Explorer ("IE") after June 14.

Accordingly, we have decided to also end our technical support for this browser to avoid security threats and ensure a better user experience.

■ What will happen once we end our support?

Users will still be able to access your online store via IE even after we have ended our technical support.

We still recommend that you use another browser as features may not work correctly in the future whenever there is a service or script update.

Note, however, that features that were made for IE will no longer be available.

■ Which browser do you recommend using?

We recommend that you use Cafe24 services with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
Make sure you keep your browser up to date for a better and safer user experience.
Note that you will still be able to access IE via Microsoft Edge's website mode until 2029.
