Update from Cafe24

Cafe24 is currently in process of putting the global service under maintenance with the aim to improve its services over the long-term.

In light of the maintenance process, certain services offered by Cafe24 have been deemed unfit for continuation and will consequently be terminated.

We acknowledge that the termination may result in inconvenience, for which we extend our sincere apologies.

1) Paytm (June 15, 2023)

2) CCAvenue   (August 3, 2023)

Service will not be available after termination and any features, buttons, scripts, images, etc. provided by the app will not function properly.

As this may affect your store's theme, you should check each app in [Apps>My apps] and take preemptive measures if required.

Please note that we are not able to transfer data from the affected apps to your online store or other services.

If you require data from an app, please contact us through [Apps>My apps>(…)>Inquiry] before the affected app service is terminated.

Along with the termination, below are features that can serve as suitable alternatives.

Instead of the payment providers, account transfers and cash on delivery features can be utilized as different payment methods.

We kindly request that you refer to the provided setting guide below and proceed to replace your payment method prior to the designated date of termination.
