As Cafe24 grows around the world, we are continuing to improve our services.

In doing so, we are also updating our Terms of Use to reflect these changes.

These updates will be effective as of August 2, 2023.

Cafe24 Terms of Use Update

■ Update Timeline

- Notice period: June 29, 2023 to August 1, 2023

- Effective date: August 2, 2023


■ Updated Details

Article 9 (Use of the Services)

⑨ Any Account (ID) without an activity for more than ninety(90) days shall be considered as an Inactive Account (“Inactive Account.”). Access to an Inactive Account shall be restricted, and If the Inactive Account status is not reversed for thirty (30) days after it has become an Inactive Account, the Company will delete the relevant Account, and the Company shall no longer have any obligations under this Agreement. The deleted Account (ID) will not be restored afterwards.


Article 19 (Termination)

④ The Company may terminate this Agreement by providing a prior notice if:

    2. an Inactive Account is not reactivated within 30 days from the date it was inactivated;

If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your agreement with us by requesting to delete your account.

We will consider that you have accepted the new Terms if you do not disagree with them during the notice period.
