What is Back-in-stock notifications? 

With this service, you can notify your customers via email when out-of-stock products are back in stock.

What’s changing?

Menu relocation  

The menus will move from [Customers] and [Store settings] to [Products] for easier access.

Current menu location: : 

- Customers > Back-in-stock notification emails

- Store settings > Customers > Messages > Back-in-stock notifications

New menu location: :

- Products > Back-in-stock notifications > Settings

- Products > Back-in-stock notifications > Notification requests

What about the old menus?

The current menus will be removed on Monday, September 30, 2024.

When you access the new menus, all you existing settings will be automatically transferred, so no additional actions are needed on your part.

The Back-in-stock notifications service updates will be rolled out in phases starting Monday, September 30, 2024.

The deployment time may vary slightly by store.
