Single Product Purchase App moves to core product features

We're moving the "Single Product Purchase" App into our main Products feature for a more streamlined experience.

You'll be able to access the same functionality more easily, right where you manage your products.

If you are currently using this app, please go to the main Products section and update the “Restrict purchasing individually“ setting for affected products by Monday, September 30, 2024.

Updating your settings prior to integration








If you are currently using this app, you’ll need to update the “Restrict purchasing individually“ setting for affected products in the main Products section. Here's how:

1. Open the "Single Product Purchase" app.

2. Take note of the products you've set as "individual purchase" items in the app.

3. Go to Products > Product list. Click on the product you want to modify to open the Edit product page. Find the "Restrict purchasing individually" option and select "Individual purchase only."

4. Click the Save button.





For multiple products, use the "Bulk edit product data" feature:

1. Take note of the products you've set as "individual purchase" items in the app.

2. Go to Products > Manage products > Bulk edit product data.

3. Search for relevant items by product code (you can enter multiple codes separated by commas).

4. Select the products you want to modify. Choose "Edit sales information" for "Selected products" and click "Proceed."

5. In the "Edit sales information" window, find the "Restrict purchasing individually" option and select "Individual purchase only."

6. Click the Save button.
