Policy updates on Cafe24 product and category limits

What’s changing?
To support smoother store operations, we are introducing limits on the number of products and categories that you can add to your store: 100,000 for products and 3,000 for categories.
Don’t worry—this limit is ample compared to other platforms and won’t impact your store’s performance under typical usage.

Adding too many products or categories can slow down your store’s system, potentially leading to a negative customer experience..
To maintain fast load times and smooth browsing, you need to keep an eye on their numbers.

Deleting unused products and categories
What if I reach the limit? Can I still add more?
You will not be restricted from adding more products immediately; restrictions will be gradually applied over time.
For now, if you get close to or exceed the limit, a notification will appear in the Products menu.
For seamless store operation, make sure you tidy up unused products or categories before restrictions are enforced.
